RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES



INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY!!! You must notify us within 3 days after your receipt of the package regarding:

Defective merchandise Shipping errors (size, color item, shortages)

After 3 days we cannot assume liability for such errors.

After notifying us of the problem, you will have 30 days to send back the unsatisfactory merchandise:

For an even exchange (no additional cost) For a credit (subject to a restocking charge: 20% of your cost of the item)

After 30 days, no credits will be issued - only exchanges of equal or greater value to the initial item ordered.

After 60 days we will not accept any exchanges. All products returned to Mad House due to a customer error will be subject to a 20% restocking fee, plus freight charges, except in the case of a breach of the guarantee set forth.

All jackets must be returned in a re-sellable condition, and all other merchandise must be returned unworn, pressed and folded.

Although Mad House uses superior dyes in its products, some variation due to dye lot variance may occur - we will not accept any returns for this reason.

Mad House is not liable for shipping costs incurred to return merchandise to us, however we will cover the UPS Ground freight to send the corrected items back.

ALL CUSTOM, DISCONTINUED AND SPECIAL ORDERS CANNOT BE RETURNED!!! (See Custom & Special Orders section)

Ship Product. Include the RA# on the original paperwork and on the outside of the box, and send the package to:

Upon receipt and inspection of the item, an exchange or repair will be made.
